So its been over a year since I started this blog and I pretty much posted once and walked away from it... which I regret because it would have been nicer to actually chart my journey into and with yoga.
To make a long story short I practiced diligently daily anywhere from an hour to a few over this last year and a half and obtained my Yoga Teacher Certification from The Yoga Passage in Calgary Alberta.
Now I make a humble living off of teaching yoga as 2 local studios in the northern community that I live in.
I am soooo happy that yoga became a practice that I dedicated myself too as it has brought about many wonderful changes and connected me to life better then I could ever have imagined.
