Here I am in Calgary once again, this time not to do the teacher training. I am hopefully going to do as many classes as I can during my near 3 weeks and upgrade my skills buy being influenced by the many other teachers that are here.
So far I took Tracy Mann's core workout noon class, which gave me some fun insights into hamstring stretches and some ideas on queuing people. I like the idea of giving a handful of options so that a person can either find movement in a pose or to work at stillness or deeper stretches.
I like that last idea as well. I find that when I have more time, to do less; I can use my breath in sync with my muscles to allow my body to deepen in the poses.
